What it is
Two kinds of test, in plain words.
Epigenetic testing looks at chemical marks on your DNA that switch genes on and off. They change with age, sleep, food, stress and exercise, which is why some people use them to follow how their habits affect them over time.
Nutrigenomic testing looks at genetic variants related to how your body handles nutrients.
Both are optional extras. If you would like one while you are in Medellín, tell your coordinator and it is arranged with you, quoted in writing before you decide.
